Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 01/03/2025 These terms govern participation in the Maple Homes Builder Referral Program. By submitting a referral, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
- Program Overview
Maple Homes Builder Inc. values the trust and support of our clients, partners, and community. Our Referral Program is designed to reward individuals who refer new customers to us for renovation and construction services.
By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Eligibility
To qualify for a referral reward:
- The referred homeowner must be a new client who has not previously contacted or engaged Maple Homes Builder Inc.
- The referrer must have obtained permission from the homeowner before sharing their contact information.
- The referral must be submitted through our official referral form or directly to our team.
Self-referrals are not eligible for rewards.
- Reward Amount
Referral rewards vary based on the scope, type, and value of the renovation project.
Eligible referrers may receive a reward of up to $5,000, depending on the size and nature of the completed project.
Maple Homes Builder Inc. reserves the right to determine the final reward amount at its sole discretion.
- When Rewards Are Issued
Referral rewards are issued only when ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The referred homeowner signs a project agreement with Maple Homes Builder Inc.
- The project is successfully completed.
- Full payment for the project has been received.
Rewards are typically processed within 30 days after project completion and final payment.
- Reward Payment Method
Rewards may be issued in one of the following forms, at the company’s discretion:
- Cash payment
- Electronic transfer (e-transfer)
- Gift card
- Other agreed compensation
- Non-Transferability
Referral rewards are non-transferable and may only be issued to the individual who submitted the referral.
- Program Limitations
Maple Homes Builder Inc. reserves the right to:
- Modify reward amounts
- Adjust program terms
- Approve or decline referrals
- End the referral program at any time without prior notice
- Privacy & Consent
By submitting a referral, you confirm that:
- You have obtained consent from the homeowner to share their contact information.
- You agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the use of personal data.
